WELCOME!
Founded by us, a married couple Steve and Paula, Small Dreams began at our dining room table and has grown into a much-loved community space focused on creativity, inclusion, and support. With six daughters of our own, we were inspired by a literal dream to build something meaningful together – something that would genuinely help families.
What started as restoring and reselling retired Lego sets, quickly evolved when they recognised the educational and therapeutic power of building bricks, and how inaccessible Lego-based therapy can be for many families.
From business turned charity, Small Dreams now provides affordable, welcoming ply and therapy-inspired experiences for children and adults alike, particularly those from vulnerable or neurodiverse backgrounds.
Since relocating to Havant, the business has flourished thanks to strong community support. Families travel from a cross the region, as well as other countries, not just to play, but to feel safe, understood, and unjudged. Parents can pause for a coffee while their children engage happily, and many visitors return simply because the space feels comfortable and inclusive.
Looking ahead, we are developing free and low-cost workshops, themed activity days, school collaborations, and community partnerships – always with the aim of making play accessible and meaningful. As our name suggests, Small Dreams proves that small dreams really can lead to big impact.
